FRAUD ALERT NOTICE
We are seeing a significant increase in scams this holiday season. Fraudsters are sending fake texts that look like they’re from North Star Community Credit Union and asking members to “verify” transactions or click a link.
As a reminder, North Star Community Credit Union will NEVER:
Ask for your Anytime Online username or password.
Send a text asking you to click a link to verify your account.
Ask for a verification code that was sent to you via text or email.
Remember: You should NEVER share your login information with anyone - ever.
If you receive a message and are unsure if it’s real:

✔️ Do NOT reply.
✔️ Call us directly.
